In the latest installment of our series spotlighting our stylish buying team, we connected with Ohio native Kathy Sellers, an associate buyer in our tailored clothing department. Kathy is exactly the kind of girl you wanna take suit shopping — she knows the brands, she knows the fits, and she knows how to put together a look from the ground up. Needless to say, the picks in her sale highlight her love for traditional men’s style with a contemporary fit. Before you shop, though, read below to find out how she thinks guys should dress every day of the week (hint: as if it’s their last), and the only record she needs should she find herself stranded on a desert island (hint: the boat may have sunk, but her heart will go on).

Hometown: Beavercreek, Ohio.
Desert island record: Celine Dion’s Greatest Hits.
Currently Reading: The Man in the White Sharkskin Suit.
All-Time Favorite Movie: Stepmom.
Last Concert I Saw: Chvrches, Capitol Cities, Elie Goulding, Calvin Harris, and Haim at Firefly Music Festival in Delaware.
Best Meal I Ever Ate: Whenever I go to London to visit my brother we order the Papri Chat from Tamarind. It’s a crispy yogurt and chickpea dish that I have never seen on any other menu. Amazing!
How a Guy Should Dress: Like he wouldn’t be embarrassed to be found dead in what he’s wearing.
So How Should a Suit Fit? The seam of the shoulder of the jacket should hit at the end of your shoulder. The jacket should be fitted without pulling when buttoned or feeling tight when you lift your arms up. The pants should be slim around your legs without giving you a dumpy butt or the fear of a blow out in the seat. The sleeve of your jacket should hit at the base of your thumb and the pants should be hemmed so there isn’t a break.
Go-To Drink: Vodka water with two limes and two lemons.
Style Icon: Mira Duma.
Biggest Men’s Style Pet Peeve: Not cutting off the stitching that holds the back vents of jackets down.
Favorite Piece in My Sale: The J. Lindeberg Soft Blazer.
Summer or Winter? Winter for the layers. Summer for a tan.
Every Guy Should Own A: Blazer.
Travel Essential: Moisturizer.
The Theme of My Sale Is: Work Hard, Play Hard.
To Me, Great Style Is: Never having to look at a photo of yourself and wonder, ‘What was I thinking?’
